Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@lucione-clothing.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of returning the product with tracking will be borne by the buyer. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. As stated above, items must be in the same condition as when they were received. If damage occurs after use, the item will not be accepted for return.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations
As long as your order has not yet been processed, we will handle your request and issue a refund. Order processing generally takes 2 to 5 business days.
